Things You Need to Know
Each person to register will receive a 3-day Oklahoma City Streetcar Pass, good for the dates of the reunion. We encourage everyone to use them to explore the city. The Streetcar route is comprised of two loops, the first loop has 22 stops, the second loop makes 9 stops, that provides 31 stops to explore the city. Check out the website at https://www.okc.gov/government/maps-3/projects/modern-streetcar-transit
In mid-September, Oklahoma City experiences pleasant, cooler weather compared to the summer months. The average high temperature is around 83°F, and the average low is around 63°F. While it’s still possible to have hot days, the cooler nights and overall milder conditions make it a good time to visit. September can also see some rainfall, particularly in the early part of the month. Wind is possible any day during the month.
Our hospitality room and ships stores will be open during times we do not have schedule events. Please note that alcohol is not allowed to be served or provided unless it is purchased through the hotel bar. We will have a cash bar in the Hospitality room on Thursday and in the Banquet room on Friday and Saturday. In the Hospitality room we will request donations to help offset costs for the hospitality room rental and for snacks.

Transportation to and from the airport is your responsibility. OKC Will Rogers International Airport, also known as Will Rogers Airport or simply Will Rogers, is a passenger airport located in Oklahoma City about 12 miles southwest of the city’s downtown area. For getting to and from Will Rogers, you have several transportation options including taxis, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and airport shuttle services. Rental cars are also available. Taxis can be found at the Transportation Plaza, accessible from baggage claim. Some companies like Airport Express offer shuttle services with no reservations required.
