Click HERE for a PDF file of a press release from 5/1/2017 that was sent to me by Steve Kraus. It is authored and edited by Louise Esola and Steve Kraus, and is to let you know the underhanded way the DOD is going about not putting the names on the Vietnam Memorial.
I understand that this only affects the days of 1 through 3 June 1969. In other words, taking away the credit of being in the Vietnam war zone on those days. It affects all US Navy ships not in the zone on those days, but it mostly affects the 17 new guys who came on board in and around Subic Bay.
